This easy recipe can be served for 12 waffles. You only need 45 minutes to cook. This waffle is the best for breakfast meal. You will need:

  • 3/4 cup or 165g of caster sugar
  • 200 g of dairy-free spread
  • 1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup or 160g of brown rice flour
  • 3 eggs (separate the yolk and egg white)
  • 1 1/4 cups or 185g of potato flour
  • 2 tsp of pure icing sugar
  • 1 cup or 250ml of water
  • cooking-oil spray
  • 1 cup or 250ml of pure maple syrup

How to make:

  1. Mix the caster sugar, spread and vanilla extract in a medium bowl using electric mixer. Mix them until they become fluffy and light. Then beat the egg yolks all in once into the mixture.
  2. Using small bowl, beat the egg whites with electric mixer. Beat them until the peak form of it soft. Then fold the mixture into the egg yolk mixture.
  3. Put together the water and dry ingredients and mix them well. Don’t over-mix them because the mixture will be curdled a little bit.
  4. Spray the cooking oil into the waffle maker which has preheated before. Pour the batter about ½ cup over the waffle maker. Then close the lid and cook the waffle for about 3 minutes. The waffles are cooked when you see the both sides are golden brown and crisp. Move the waffle to place and cover it to keep them warm. Repeat making the waffles with cooking oil and remaining batter to make 12 waffles in total.
  5. The waffles are ready to serve. Dust the waffles with icing sugar and pour maple syrup on the top of it.

Tips:

This is a hint. You will get the raising agent from the baking powder. It contains one part of bicarbonate of soda and two parts cream of tartar. You can get the gluten-free baking powder in the health food stores. This baking powder is made without cereal additives.

This Australia Waffle Recipe is quick. It only needs 10 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to cook. The recipe serves 8 waffles.   2. Sift the flour in the big bowl. Put in the almond meal. Whisk all together the butter, milk, honey, custard, vanilla and egg yolks in the jug.
  3. Slowly and gently mix the milk mixture in the flour mixture. Mix them until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, beat egg whites until the peaks form is stiff. Slowly fold it to the batter. Then pour into a big jug.
  5. Pour the batter in the waffle maker. Fill it only one half and close the lid. Cook the waffle for 4-5 minutes or based on the instruction of your waffle maker. Serve the waffles with cream and raspberries. Then pour the honey on top.

Tips:

You can crush half raspberries and put them with the whipped cream and use the remaining for the serving as the whole without crushing it. Low-fat milk can change the use of full-cream milk for this recipe.

  1. Strawberry waffles

Another waffle recipe which is quick to cook only needs 10 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to cook. Get your waffle maker and please your family this weekend. Having surprised and delightful strawberry waffles will be great time to enjoy.

You will need:

  • 1 1/4 cups of milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of self-raising flour (sift them)
  • 2 tbsp of caster sugar
  • 90 g of butter (melt them)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cooking oil spray
  • 2 eggs (separate egg yolk and egg white)
  • 1 tbsp of icing sugar
  • 250 g of strawberries (cut into quarter pieces)
  • cream (to serve)

How to make:

  1. Preheat the waffle maker on the medium heat and spray oil on the plates.
  2. Sift the flour in the big bowl. Put in the almond meal. Whisk all together the butter, milk, honey, custard, vanilla and egg yolks in the jug.
