  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons of white sugar
  • 1 ¼ tablespoons of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs, beat them all
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup of butter, melt them


  1. Preheat the waffle iron based on the instruction of the manufacturer inside the manual.
  2. If you are directed to spray some cooking spray, do it to make the iron not sticky.
  3. Inside a large bowl, mix the flour, corn meal, malt milk powder, sugar, salt, and baking powder until they are perfectly mixed.

  • 1 ¾ cups of all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup of malted milk powder

  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 ¾ cups of buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon of canola oil
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Optional ingredient: confectioners’ sugar


  1. Preheat your waffle iron and also your oven in 200 degree of Fahrenheit.
